EURCAP Facility Senior Project Manager

Dino is the Senior Project Manager for the EURCAP Facility since 2021. He is responsible for relationship building and advocacy with key EU and third countries' stakeholders and overall management, branding and quality control aspects of the Facility (political and programmatic) and its support actions. He also provides the EURCAP Facility programmatic direction to meet the Facility’s goals and achieve results, including institutional strategy for Model Readmission Case Management System and Capacity Building interventions based on lessons learned.

Dino is a migration management specialist who is committed to the positive effects of migration and human security for development - creating the conditions for people to prosper in their communities and across borders. Building on over two decades of global experience from Europe to East Africa, he offers evidence-based migration policy and planning expertise that promotes human development and social cohesion.

Previously, Dino spent 6 years as the Head of the Migration Management Unit in IOM Baghdad and has worked with IOM in Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo, 

Dino holds a Masters Degree in Law from Unitelma Sapienza in Rome.
