Under the direct supervision of the EU/Regional Programme Development Officer and in coordination with relevant geographic focal points in the Global Programme Support Unit, the position will provide technical and liaison support to IOM offices implementing EU-funded projects outside of the European Union. The geographic focus of the position can vary based on the evolution of the IOM-EU project portfolio for external action but is expected to require approx. 50% of time dedicated to supporting projects in Latin America
