The office of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Copenhagen is a Country Office under the global structure of IOM. IOM Denmark refers to IOM Headquarters in Geneva, the IOM Regional Office in Brussels as well as the IOM Country Office in Finland.

Denmark has been a Member State of the IOM since 1954. In 2006, Denmark granted IOM privileges and immunities through an agreement signed between IOM and Denmark. This subsequently led to the opening of the IOM Denmark office in Copenhagen in 2009.

Prior to the opening of the IOM office in Copenhagen, IOM activities in Denmark were coordinated by the IOM office in Helsinki, Finland.
