The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire a Service Provider for the “Mainstreaming Migration into International Cooperation and Development” project, for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
IOM invites Consulting Firms (hereinafter referred to as Bidders) to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Final Evaluation of the Project “Mainstreaming Migration into International Cooperation and Development”. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
The Bidder will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.
Should you decide to submit a proposal for this service, we kindly request that you send an email to ROBrusselsProcurement@iom.int within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of issue. By doing so, IOM can provide you with any answers to questions submitted by other bidders.
The Proposals and must be delivered by email to ROBrusselsProcurement@iom.int before June 17 2022. No late proposal shall be accepted. The Declaration of Conformity (Section V) must be signed by an authorized signatory and delivered with the proposals.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
