Mediterranean Migrant Arrivals Reach 145,355 in 2017; Deaths Reach 2,776
Geneva – IOM, the UN Migration Agency, reports that 145,355 migrants and refugees entered Europe by sea in 2017 through 15 October, with over 75 per cent arriving in Italy.
